Map Pilot Plant

Bio Base Europe is situated in the port of Ghent. We advise you to follow the white signs mentioning the portnumbers (=Havennummer). Bio Base Europe has portnumber 4200.

Coming from E17, take exit 13-Zelzate-Oost towards R4 direction Middelburg/Zelzate/Haven. Coming from E40 take exit 16 Merelbeke en follow R4 direction E17/Antwerpen/Zelzate/Eeklo/N9/Gent/Haven. Continue following R4 direction Zelzate. At traffic lights go to the right and follow John Kennedylaan (this is still the R4). Continue John Kennedylaan for 6.2km and take the road on the right being Sprendonkstraat (=just before the bridge). 100m further, at the T-junction, go to the left, under the bridge. 100m further at your lefthandside you will find Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant.

Coming from Terneuzen you enter Belgium via the N62. At Zelzate continue the road via John Kennedylaan/R4. Just across the canal Moervaart (take the cooling tower from Electrabel as referencepoint), go to the left.  This is the Sperdonkstraat. 100m further, at the T-junction, go to the left, under the bridge. 100m further at your lefthandside you will find Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant.
