A warm invitation to all staff members, family and friends!
On Sunday June 4th, 2023 the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant organises its 2nd Family Fun Fair. We would herewith like to invite all staff members to join us that day. You can bring your partner, children* and two extra persons, single people can invite three family members / friends.
*In case you have 18+ children that you cannot fit into any of the boxes on the registration form, please, contact Katrien Molders.
What can you expect?
Well, first of all we want to give your family and friends the opportunity to discover our organisation by means of an interesting guided tour through our facility, but that is not all! You will also be able to enjoy:

What is happening and when?
12 – 1pm: Welcome with “aperitief”
1 – 4pm: Food corners, guided tours, cool games & activities and a lot of fun
3.30 – 5pm: Dessert islands, guided tours, cool games & activities and still a lot of fun
5 – 7pm: Guided tours, cool games & activities, an exotic surprise and fun, fun, fun!
7pm: End of the most amazing Family Fun Fair ever!
Where can I park my car?
The parking of BBEPP will not be available that day, as we need it for the event. But no worries, our neighbours PAULO (police Academy, www.opac.be) located at Sprendonkstraat 5 were so kind to offer us the use of their parking* and it is big enough for all of our cars and vans! From there, it is only a three minutes walk to the premises of BBEPP.
*We need to communicate all license plate numbers of cars parking at PAULO. You will need to share this info on the registration form.

Please, register latest by Monday April 17th, 2023 at 6pm.
As we need to organise a lot of logistics to make this possible, late registrations can unfortunately not be accepted.
Cancellation Policy / No-shows
Dear colleagues, we hope you understand that BBEPP puts a lot of time, effort and money in the organization of this event and we hope you will attend massively. We do however also hope that, if you register, you will actually also attend. Therefore we will ask a no-show up fee of 50 EURO per person in case cancellations were not communicated to us before May 25th. The no-show up fee for cancellations after May 25 will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
