Julie Vanderstraeten is heading to Brussels to join Next Bite Satellite!

The Next Bite Satellite event is a trimmed-down and themed version of EIT Food’s biennial flagship event. Whilst the next flagship edition is scheduled to take place in 2027, EIT Food will host two Next Bite Satellite events in 2026. ​

This edition will be focused on Biotech with the theme From innovation to adoption: biotech and farming as one system​.

​The goal is to build momentum for the EU Agri-Food Biotech Alliance by enabling collaboration, accelerating working groups, engaging startups, and showcasing skills through the Biotech Academy.​

Highlights of the NEXT Bite Satellite in Brussels

• Networking opportunities: The Next Bite Satellite provides a great opportunity to meet and connect with like-minded individuals, as well as experts within the EIT Food Ecosystem.
