The ‘Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy’ event is a yearly two-day event of intense cross-border and cross-sectoral pitching, matchmaking and networking organised by the Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant. Its aim? Link industry to innovative (biobased) technologies, innovators to investors and to create new partnerships for the future and the further development of innovative, cross-border and cross-sectoral industrial value chains in the biobased economy.
Main driver of the event: Bring all stakeholders one needs to go from lab to fab together in one room, for the sole purpose of creating an impact on the commercialization of the bioeconomy.
The 2024 edition welcomed 465+ participants (180+ start-ups/SMEs, 50+ investors, 50+ corporates, 25+ pilot facilities and 160 other bioeconomy stakeholders)and scheduled 115 top-notch pitches.
