The Bio Base Europe Pilot Plant, and nine co-organisers, organised today the 4th edition of the Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy 2023 event at the Sheraton Brussels Airport. The event welcomed 330 participants from 23 countries of which 136 participants represented a (to-be-)start-up or SME, 47 a large company, 35 an investor and 31 a pilot facility (see figure below).
The ‘Pitch Perfect and Boost the European Bioeconomy’ event is a one day event of intense cross-border and cross-sectoral pitching, matchmaking and networking, with the aim to link industry to innovative (biobased) technologies, innovators to investors and to create new partnerships for the future and the further development of innovative, cross-border and cross-sectoral industrial value chains in the biobased economy. The organisers gave the floor to 96 pitchers from 23 countries (see figure below), all of them were innovators. The PITCH PROGRAM can be consulted here.
